Please note that before you list your property on-line, you must first register for a landlord briefing if you have not already attended one. Register now By listing your property with us, you are making your property available to participants of the Orange County Section 8 Program, and do so with the following understandings. The information will be listed for 30 days or until you inform Orange County Housing that the unit is no longer available. At the end of the 30-day period your property will be removed from the list. Once your property is listed, prospective tenants contact you directly. There is no guarantee that a tenant will select your unit.
