The Volume of Work database is being used by the Orange County Purchasing and Contracts Division to determine Proposers’ scores for the Volume of Work criterion included in RFP’s solicited under Florida State Statute 287.055, the Consultants’ Competitive Negotiation Act, or CCNA. The value of work awarded each professional service provider (i.e., architectural, engineering, landscape architecture land surveying/mapping firms) performing as the prime consultant and each sub-consultant on any given contract, contract amendment, purchase order (issued pursuant to a continuing contract, or sole source or emergency purchase) or change order to a purchase order is captured in the database. Prime consultants will only be allocated dollars awarded exclusively to the prime consultant. Dollars awarded to sub-consultants will only be allocated to the sub-consultant and will not impact the volume of work for the prime.
The data is discounted according to the fiscal year during which the award was made, and a score for Volume of Work determined accordingly.
Consultants seeking to confirm their Volume of Work data may do so by clicking on the link to Form G or the Detail report and entering the required information.
Consultants may appeal the information contained therein by submitting a written appeal to Sally Bergman, Contracts Section Supervisor or the Senior Contract Administrator identified in the solicitation to the address below.
