ORANGE COUNTY CODE SECTION 38-74, 38-77, 38-79(45)
- The owner of the recreational vehicle shall be the owner or lessee of the principal structure at the lot or parcel. Remove all recreational vehicles not owned by owner or lessee of the principal structure at the lot or parcel.
- No recreational vehicle may be occupied while it is parked, stored, or kept on the parcel. Store recreational vehicle unoccupied on parcel.
- A recreational vehicle may be parked, stored or kept only on an approved surface in the front half of the lot or parcel or on an approved surface in the rear half of the lot or parcel. The recreational vehicle shall not be visible from the right-of way in front of the principal structure, and shall be at least ten feet (10') from the side lot lines and at least five feet (5') from the rear lot line. Setbacks may be reduced to zero (0) feet if a six (6) foot high fence, wall, or vegetative buffer, exists along the lot line. Furthermore, the owner of such a recreational vehicle shall obtain a permit from Zoning.
